Network Monitoring & Management Service

Fix IT offers a Network Monitoring and Management Service. This includes installing Network Monitoring software on your server to identify and monitor the devices on your network, your Servers, PCs, Macs, Linux machines, Printers, Scanners and networking equipment. Fix IT will also produce monthly reports on your network and devices.

Fix IT will set up alerts to monitor the network which will email or SMS Fix IT of any problems. Fix IT can then log in remotely to your network to diagnose and correct the problem proactively. Examples could be Servers going down, back-ups not executing, unauthorized software being installed on PCs or simple notifications of toner cartridges needing replacement.

To establish Network Monitoring and Management there is service charge equivalent to 1 months service and a monthly service charge (minimum 3 months service). The monthly service charge also includes 4 support hours of service if required, which do not roll over to future months.
