If your hardware is working and you have internet access Remote Support is a great option.

Visual. Describing what is going wrong on your PC over the phone can be difficult. Allowing us to see what you see helps enormously in diagnosing the problem.
Its like having your support person by your side. By being able to see yoru screen and control your mouse and keyboard we can diagnose the problem and make the fix to get you back on track.

Fix IT uses several remote support products. We currently recommend Teamviewer. To receive remote support click here to download the Teamviewer Quick Support program. Its free.

Install the software and call, Skype or GoogleTalk Fix IT. In the call, provide us your Teamviewer ID Code and 4 Digit Pin number. (which changes every time you use TeamViewer). We'll log into TeamViewer Support and enter this information which will allow us to see your computer screen just as you do and control your mouse and keyboard. The software can also be used for Computer to computer presentations and to transfer files.

If you are in the South of France, from Cannes to Monaco, you can arrange for a Fix IT consultant to come out to your home or business. You might have a preference for face to face support or it is necessary when hardware or networking issues stop us from accessing your PC over the internet and working through the problem over the phone isn't possible.

User training of software or PC functionality can also benefit from in person visits.
